These delicious herb roasted potato wedges are the perfect side dish for any meal. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, packed with flavor.

Ingredients:
- A pinch of Santa Maria smoked sea salt
- ½ pack of A la Meira garlic herb mix
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 6 - 10 starchy potatoes (depending on size)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl.
3. Add the olive oil and herb mix to the potatoes.
4. Mix well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated, then spread them out on a baking tray.
5. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
