Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar
- 100 ml water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork shoulder.
4. Place the pork in a roasting pan and pour the apple cider vinegar and water into the pan.
5. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
6. Roast in the oven for about 4 hours, until the meat is tender and easily pulled apart.
7. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
