- 1/4 cabbage (approx. 300 g), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 small tortillas
- Lime or lemon juice (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Season the pork with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Sear the pork in the pan until it is beautifully golden brown and cooked through (about 15-20 minutes).
