Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 200 g smoked pulled pork
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella and cheddar)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Evenly distribute the smoked pulled pork over the sauce.
4. Top with shredded cheese, red onion slices, and bell pepper slices.
5. If desired, sprinkle chili powder on top for extra flavor.
6. Carefully transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
