Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg pork shoulder
- 2 large onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- 200 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

1. Chop the onions and garlic into small pieces.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the pork shoulder to the pot and sear it on all sides until browned.
4. Mix the sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper together. Rub this spice mixture all over the meat.
5. Pour in the BBQ sauce, beef broth, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well to combine.
6. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for about 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
7. Remove the meat from the pot and shred it using forks. Mix the shredded meat back into the sauce and let it sit for a moment before serving.
