Ingredients:
- 4 slices of French bread
- 200 g pulled pork
- 100 g cheese (e.g., Emmental or Gruyère)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the pulled pork in a pan until hot. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
3. Butter the outer sides of the bread slices. Spread the mustard-mayonnaise mixture on the inner sides.
4. Add pulled pork and cheese on top of one slice of bread, then cover with another slice.
5. Cook the sandwiches on medium heat in the pan until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Carefully flip to cook the other side.
6. Serve warm.
