A delicious pizza combining BBQ-seasoned Pulled Oumph and a crispy crust, making it the perfect comfort food.

Ingredients:

- 1 pre-baked pizza crust
- 200 g BBQ seasoned Pulled Oumph
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 dl corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 dl fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle the BBQ seasoned Pulled Oumph evenly over the sauce.
4. Add the thinly sliced red onion and corn on top.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pizza.
6. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
7. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
9. Cut into slices and enjoy!
