Ingredients

- Dough:
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (approximately)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Topping:
- Pulled pork with whiskey-cola BBQ sauce
- Sautéed red onion rings
- Shredded cheese
- Garnish:
- Pickled pepperoni slices

Instructions

1. Warm the water until it's lukewarm. Add the yeast and salt.
2. Gradually mix in the flour to form a dough, and then add the oil. Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Top the pizza with pulled pork and sautéed red onion rings. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
5. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 475°F (250°C) for about 15 minutes.
6. Remove the pizza from the oven and add pickled pepperoni slices on top.
