Ingredients:

- 1 pizza dough
- 200 g ketchup
- 200 g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 300 g pulled lamb
- 150 g buffalo mozzarella
- Pomegranate seeds
- Fresh arugula

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pizza dough and pre-bake it on a baking sheet.
2. Spread the ketchup evenly over the pizza dough.
3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.
4. Bake the pizza in a hot oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
5. Remove the pizza from the oven and evenly distribute the pulled lamb on top.
6. Crumble the buffalo mozzarella over the pizza.
7. Bake the pizza for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately add the pomegranate seeds and fresh arugula on top.
