Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 100 g blue cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of blue cheese for topping
- 1 fresh pineapple
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- Ketchup and mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions:

1. Shape the ground beef into four patties. Create a small indentation in the center of each patty.
2. Chop the blue cheese into small pieces and place them in the indentation of each patty. Cover the indentation with the edges of the patty and mold it tightly.
3. Grill the patties over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and the cheese is melted inside.
4. Cut the fresh pineapple into slices and grill them for a few minutes on each side until they have beautiful grill marks.
5. Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom of each hamburger bun, followed by the blue cheese patty, grilled pineapple, and finally the top bun.
6. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise if desired.
