A hearty and spicy burger perfect for game day! The patty is stuffed with melting cheddar cheese and spicy jalapeños, making this treat irresistible. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef- 100 g cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 1-2 tbsp jalapeños (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion (for serving)
- Ketchup and mustard (to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, and black pepper.2. Divide the beef mixture into two parts and shape them into patties.
3. Take one patty and create a well in the center. Add cheddar cheese cubes and jalapeños into the well.
4. Cover the stuffed patty with the other patty and seal the edges tightly.
5. Grill or pan-fry the patties on high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
6. Serve the burgers in the buns with fresh vegetables and your choice of condiments.
