A delicious twist on the classic burger made with reindeer meat, topped with fresh veggies and melted cheese.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 400 g reindeer ground meat
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Salad leaves (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
2. Take the reindeer ground meat and form it into four patties, flattening them by hand.
3. Cook the patties in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned. Add the cheese slices on top of the patties towards the end of cooking to allow them to melt.
4. Slice the avocado and tomato.
5. Assemble the burgers: place salad leaves on the bottom half of the burger bun, then add the patty with melted cheese, followed by avocado and tomato slices, and your desired amount of ketchup and mustard.
6. Add the top half of the bun and enjoy!
