A delicious and juicy ranch burger made with horse meat, grilled to perfection for an unforgettable taste experience. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground horse meat
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
- Oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground horse meat, breadcrumbs, egg, ranch dressing, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder together.
2. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grates with oil.
4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5. In the last 2 minutes of grilling, place cheese slices on top of the patties to melt.
6. Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.
7. Assemble the burgers: place a patty between the bun halves and add lettuce, tomato, and onion.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
