Serving Size: 4 burgers

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2-3 pickle slices
- Lettuce, such as iceberg or arugula

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Add cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties during the last few minutes to melt.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
5. Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of the buns. Add lettuce, the beef patty with cheese, onion slices, and pickle slices.
6. Top the burgers with the other half of the buns and serve immediately.
