Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Ketchup and mustard to taste
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.2. Grill or pan-fry the patties on high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties and let them melt for a moment.
4. Lightly toast the burger buns.
5. Assemble the burgers: place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, add the cheeseburger patty, followed by tomato and onion slices, and add ketchup and mustard to your liking.
6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
