Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fusilli) - 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.
3. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cream into the spinach and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved cooking water.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
