Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 servings of Ingman Creamy Banana Split ice cream
- 2 bananas
- Chocolate sauce
- Cherries (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugars, and salt.
2. Add the eggs and milk, whisking until the batter is smooth.
3. Stir in the melted butter and mix again.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter to form thin crepes.
5. Cook the crepes on both sides until golden brown.
6. Fill each crepe with Banana Split ice cream and sliced bananas.
7. Fold the crepes over and serve with chocolate sauce and cherries on top.
