Description: Deliciously moist banana muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 3 dl mashed bananas
- 1.25 dl oil
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl spelt flour
- 1 dl granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oil, brown sugar, and oat milk.
3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, spelt flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
4. Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups.
5. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
