Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for cooking
Instructions:
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork.2. Add the milk and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
5. Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake sizes.
