Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not overlapping.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
