Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet potatoes (3-4 large)- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fry-shaped sticks.2. Toss the sweet potato sticks in a bowl with vegetable oil until well coated.
3. In another bowl, mix together the chili powder, salt, and paprika.
4. Add the spice mixture to the sweet potatoes and stir well to ensure all sticks are evenly coated.
5. Spread the sweet potato sticks out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through baking for even cooking.
