Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets, sliced thinly
- 7 cups white cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Cooking oil for stir-frying
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a wok and add cooking oil.
2. Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown.
3. Add the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan. Continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft but still crisp.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, and coconut milk. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm with rice or noodles.
