Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger, and cook for one more minute.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and sauté until golden brown.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the cream, garam masala, turmeric, ground coriander, salt, and honey. Mix and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
