Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
2. Add crushed garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garam masala, mixing well.
4. Add chicken breasts to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour in crushed tomatoes and stir. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
6. Add cream and butter, mix well, and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Season with salt.
7. Serve warm with rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
