Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the butter in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion for a few minutes until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Season the chicken with garam masala, curry powder, and chili powder. Stir well to combine.
6. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
7. Add the cream and stir. Allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
