- 200 g soft butter

- Pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove (finely grated)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme and rosemary)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 100 ml honey
- 100 ml nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- Bread for serving (e.g., baguette or rye bread)

Instructions:

1. Take the soft butter out and let it sit at room temperature before placing it on a large serving platter.
2. Spread the butter evenly across the platter using a spatula or fork.
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and grated garlic over the butter.
4. Add fresh herbs and lemon zest on top of the butter.
