A delicious and creamy vegetarian dish that cooks quickly in a pan. Perfect to serve with rice or naan bread.

Ingredients:

- 250 g paneer cheese (or grilled cheese)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1-2 cm ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 100 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the crushed garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute.
4. Add the pureed tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked through.
5. Add the paneer cheese and mix well to coat the cheese in the sauce.
6. Stir in the cream and garam masala. Allow to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm with rice or naan bread.
