A delicious and creamy spinach curry with paneer, perfect for serving with rice or naan.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh young spinach
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 cm cinnamon stick
- 200 g paneer
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly and boil it in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. Then transfer it to ice water and drain.
2. Chop the onion and tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan and add the cinnamon stick and cumin.
3. Add the onion and sauté until it is soft and golden yellow.
4. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
5. Stir in the turmeric and garam masala, mixing well.
6. Add the drained spinach to the pan and mix until smooth.
7. If the mixture is too thick, add water as needed.
8. Cut the paneer into cubes and add it to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes.
9. Add salt to taste and serve warm.
