A delicious and creamy spinach and cottage cheese pie, perfect for lunch or dinner. Quick and easy to prepare! Preparation Time: 30-60 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh spinach - 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach and remove the thickest stems. Chop the spinach into smaller pieces. 2. Cut the cottage cheese into small cubes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped spinach. Sauté until slightly wilted.
4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, flour, and baking powder. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the sautéed spinach and cottage cheese to the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes, until the pie is golden brown and firm.
