This delicious vegetarian dish combines soft paneer cheese with nutrient-rich spinach in a spiced sauce. Serve it with basmati rice.

Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 300 g frozen spinach
- 150 ml soy cooking cream
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp garam masala spice mix
- A pinch of cumin
- 200–250 g paneer cheese
- Basmati rice
Instructions:
1. Cook basmati rice in salted water according to the package instructions.
2. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Peel, crush, and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Sauté the onions in coconut oil in a pan for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy cooking cream and thawed frozen spinach to the pan. Mix well.
5. Season the mixture with garam masala, salt, and cumin. Let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
6. Taste and adjust the spices if necessary.
7. Finally, add the cubed paneer cheese to the pan and gently stir.
8. Serve the finished palak paneer with the cooked basmati rice.
