A classic Indian dish featuring fresh spinach and paneer cheese in a creamy sauce.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 g paneer cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chili powder (to taste)
- 200 ml coconut milk or cream
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Cut the paneer into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté them in oil until the onion is soft.
3. Add cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, and chili powder to the pan. Cook for a moment with the spices.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts completely.
5. Stir in the coconut milk or cream and simmer for a few minutes.
6. Blend the sauce until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
7. Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and mix well.
8. Serve warm with rice or naan bread.
