Ingredients:

- 6-8 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon masala spice mix
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 250 g cabbage, shredded
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until soft and golden brown.
2. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. Add the lamb chops to the skillet and brown on all sides.
4. Sprinkle the masala spice mix over the meat and mix well.
5. Add the shredded cabbage, orange juice, and orange zest. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the meat is cooked and tender.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander.
