Ingredients:
- 1 yellow onion
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken strips
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1.5 dried chilies
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the yellow onion.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft.
3. Add the honey-marinated chicken strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked through.
4. Stir in the ground ginger and crushed dried chilies. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Serve with rice or naan bread.
