Ingredients:
- 450 grams of carrots
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter
- 150 ml of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt to taste
- Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into your desired size.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the skillet and sauté until they are golden brown.
4. Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet and cover with a lid. Allow the carrots to cook on low heat until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
5. Stir in the honey and salt. Mix well.
6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
