Ingredients:

- 200 g finely ground pistachios
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g butter, at room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g Amarena cherries, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
