Ingredients:
- 200 g cake or cookies (e.g., chocolate cake or digestive biscuits)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g chocolate (white or dark)
- 20 cake pop sticks (e.g., wooden sticks)
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles, coconut flakes)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the cake or cookies into fine crumbs in a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese to the crumbs and mix well until the dough is smooth.
3. Shape the dough into small balls (about 3 cm in diameter) and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
5. Remove the balls from the refrigerator and dip the top of each ball into the melted chocolate. Insert a stick into the center of each ball, ensuring the chocolate holds the stick in place.
6. Place the cake pops back in the refrigerator for a short while to allow the chocolate to set.
7. Decorate the cake pops as desired before the chocolate hardens.
8. Let the decorations dry and serve!
