These delicious mango cake pops are a perfect sweet treat or decoration for any celebration. They are moist and coated in chocolate, and making them is quick and easy!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cake pops
Ingredients:
- 200 g prepared cake base
- 150 g mango cream cheese
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
- 12 cake pop sticks
Instructions:
1. Crumble the cake base into a bowl.
2. Add the mango cream cheese to the cake crumbs and mix until smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into about 12 balls.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.
5. Dip the tip of each stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into a cake pop ball.
6. Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
7. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with shredded coconut if using.
8. Place the cake pops on a tray and refrigerate briefly to allow the chocolate coating to harden.
