Serving Size: Approximately 15 cake pops
Ingredients:
- 200 g cake (store-bought or homemade)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g chocolate (milk chocolate or white chocolate)
- Cake pop sticks
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles, nonpareils)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the cake into a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese to the crumbled cake and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 2-3 cm in diameter).
4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
6. Remove the balls from the refrigerator, dip each stick into the melted chocolate, and then insert it into the cake pops.
7. Dip the cake pops into the melted chocolate and add desired decorations.
8. Let the cake pops cool and set before serving.
