Ingredients:
- 200 g cake base (e.g., chocolate or vanilla cake) - 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g melting chocolate (e.g., milk chocolate or white chocolate)
- 20 sticks (cake pop sticks)
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles, coconut flakes)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the cake base in a bowl until fine. 2. Add cream cheese to the crumbled cake and mix until smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
5. Remove the balls from the fridge and dip the bottom of each ball into the melted chocolate. Insert a stick into each ball and let the chocolate harden.
6. Dip the cake pops completely into the melted chocolate and decorate as desired before the chocolate sets.
7. Allow the cake pops to cool and harden completely before serving.
