A delightful blend of sweet and salty, this no-bake chocolate popcorn cake is a perfect treat for parties or an afternoon coffee break.

Ingredients:

- 20 cups salted popcorn
- 250 g milk chocolate
Caramel Sauce:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring gently until smooth.
2. Prepare the caramel sauce by heating the heavy cream and brown sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Combine the popcorn with the melted chocolate, stirring until all the popcorn is well coated.
4. Gently fold in the caramel sauce, being careful not to crush the popcorn.
5. Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
6. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
7. Once set, cut the cake into pieces and serve.
