This delicious chocolate mousse pie is quick to prepare and doesn't require any gelatin. Decorate the pie with chocolate and popcorn, and serve it to your friends!Preparation Time: 30 min + 4 h chilling
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g Digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Crumble the Digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
4. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
6. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
7. Pour the chocolate mousse over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
8. Allow the pie to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
9. Decorate with chocolate and popcorn before serving.
