This delicious chocolate and white chocolate mousse is the perfect dessert to make any sweet tooth's heart skip a beat. The mousse is soft and airy, and it’s easy to prepare.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 100 g milk chocolate
- 1 egg yolk
- 1½ dl heavy cream (for milk chocolate)
- 100 g white chocolate
- 1 egg white
- 1½ dl heavy cream (for white chocolate)

Instructions:

1. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Whisk the egg yolk and melted milk chocolate together until well combined.
3. Whip 1½ dl of heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the milk chocolate mixture.
4. Melt the white chocolate the same way as the milk chocolate. Allow it to cool.
5. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
6. Whip the remaining 1½ dl of heavy cream to soft peaks and fold it into the melted white chocolate.
7. Gently fold the beaten egg white into the white chocolate mixture.
8. Assemble the chocolate mousse: pour the milk chocolate mousse into glasses first, then layer the white chocolate mousse on top.
9. Let the mousse set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
