A delicious chocolate cookie that easily cooks on a pan. The perfect treat for a finger-licking good time! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dl chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the sugars and vanilla sugar, mix well.
2. Remove the pan from heat and add the egg. Stir until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the pan and stir.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips into the dough and mix well.
5. Cook the dough on low heat with a lid on for about 15-20 minutes, until the cookie has a nice color.
6. Let it cool for a moment before serving and enjoy!
