Ingredients

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200 g fresh spring onions or green beans
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the minced garlic and bell pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the zucchini and spring onions or green beans. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Pour the cream over the vegetable mixture and stir well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
