Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pie crust - 300 g endive
- 2 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Rinse and chop the endive, carrots, and red onion.
3. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with oil for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix in the cream, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
5. Spread the sautéed vegetables over the pie crust and crumble the feta cheese on top.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the top is beautifully golden and set.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
