Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them well.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber thinly.
3. Peel and chop the avocado.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
5. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
6. For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
