This delicious zucchini pasta is a perfect summer dish that is quick to prepare and full of flavor. It is ideal for lunch or a light dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Peel and chop the garlic. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Toss the cooked pasta with the zucchini in the skillet and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from being dry.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
7. Serve immediately topped with fresh basil.
