A delicious dish that combines Finnish chanterelles and Italian zucchini flowers, perfect for summer feasting. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh chanterelles
- 8-10 zucchini flowers
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
2. Gently rinse the zucchini flowers and cut off the stems.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
5. Add the chanterelles to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
6. Add the zucchini flowers to the pan and sauté for another 3-5 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
