Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 350 g raketti spaghetti
- 300 g ground beef
- 2 onions
- 2-3 carrots (grated)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 3-5 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the raketti spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain.
2. Peel and finely chop the onions, and mince the garlic cloves.
3. Peel and grate the carrots.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
5. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Stir in the grated carrots and crushed tomatoes with the ground beef. Let simmer for a few minutes.
7. Mix the cooked raketti spaghetti with the sauce, ensuring it is well combined.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired.
9. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
10. Allow to cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
