Ingredients:

- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 2 dl homemade pesto
- 6 green bell peppers
- 100 g firm mozzarella cheese
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g spaghetti

Instructions:

1. Prepare the pesto according to your recipe.
2. Cut the green bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
3. Stuff the bell pepper halves with mozzarella cheese.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the stuffed peppers until golden brown, being careful not to let the cheese spill out.
5. Sprinkle salt over the sautéed peppers.
6. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
7. Combine the cooked spaghetti, pesto, and sautéed peppers on a serving platter.
8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
